Return Policy

Store Credit ONLY. We do not issue refunds to original payment method.
  • Returns will be issued in the form of a digital gift card to the store.
  • Returns must be sent back within 10 days of delivery date.
  • Returns must be sent back in original packaging (with packing slip), scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • Only three returns allowed per customer per year

Once your return process has started, you will receive an email with the return address. Your store credit will be emailed within 3 business days once your package is received.

  • Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please visit the carriers website. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly.
